Did you know? Starting January 1, 2026, many patients can use their Health Savings Account (HSA) to pay for Direct Primary Care (DPC) membership fees.
This change comes from the One Big Beautiful Bill Act, which now recognizes certain Direct Primary Care arrangements as compatible with HSAs. Eligible patients may be able to use tax-free HSA funds to cover their monthly membership and primary care services.

To remain eligible for HSA contributions, Direct Primary Care membership fees generally must not exceed:
